Main accountabilities, within others will be: Provide the necessary technical support to the customers related to BESS and Hybrid gensets product line. Lead the BESS and Hybrid gensets product line services and be a reference for any technical support and consultation. Manage the definition and production of technical training materials and troubleshooting guidance for all BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.
