About the Role Were looking for a CCTV Service Engineer based in Bournemouth or Bath to support customer sites across Southampton, Dorset, Exeter and Devon . Youll focus on system uptime, fast issue resolution, and preventative maintenance for CCTV and related security systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach. What Youll Do Respond to faults, performance issues, and service requests. Complete preventative maintenance to maximise system reliability. Provide Level 2 technical support and meet SLA metrics. Assist store teams with user queries and best-practice guidance. Troubleshoot IP/analogue CCTV, NVRs, VMS platforms and basic networking. Conduct root-cause analysis and support service improvements. Work with remote support teams and escalate issues when needed. Act as the on-site technical contact and maintain clear communication. Keep accurate documentation and follow safety standards. Take part in product and technical training.
