We are based in Thornbury and have now been established 35 Years.We service road transport and automotive customers in businesss such as commercial vehicle workshops, bus workshops, local authority, police, fire and ambulance workshops.In providing this service to our clients our work includes planned preventive maintenance, calibrations, repairs and breakdownsAn important part of our development plans is the expansion of our engineering team for which we now seek applications from engineers with the ability to meet our clients needs, across South Wales & the South West. Our Engineers work in the field responding to job allocations to customers sites and also periodic visits to our company base in Thornbury as and when required.If you feel that you have the following attributes and abilities and would like to consider joining us, read on. A desire to provide a first class service to clients. Would suit HGV technician or factory engineer, Ashcart fitters skillset is a very good match for this role. A strong engineering background with a determined approach to problem solving. A good working knowledge and experience of maintenance, inspection calibration and breakdown repair activities in a field service environment. A skilled engineer with a good level of electronic and I.T. skills. Would suit HGV or car technician. Compliance with regulations applying to Health & Safety in the workplace.
