• Install, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites across Bucks, surrounding areas and in the workshop
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime
• Provide excellent technical support and customer service
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Technician, or Maintenance Engineer
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
