Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for one of our entities located in London. You will ensure the safety of passengers by safely maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units.

On a typical day you will: Perform routine service checks on a number of units across the site, recording and escalating your findings to the field manager. Be the face of the business, often providing updates to clients around work carried out. React to sudden breakdowns, working with both passengers and the client to provide a technical solution to breakdown issues. Perform minor repairs.

What you will need to be successful. Hold an NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair. Hold a drivers license. You have at least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector. You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority You are comfortable communicating to others You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

We will train you intensively in the areas of technology, processes & soft skills and you can exchange ideas with experienced colleagues at any time.
