You will also be responsible for repair and pre-commissioning of equipment at the Northampton workshop. Very limited staying away. You'll also be liaising with internal team members, providing remote technical support for computer hardware and POS systems. As such, a familiarity with fault finding / extracting the relevant information from software applications would be a benefit. You will also support the internal IT systems - with very occasional shared IT support monitoring over evenings and weekend (for critical events only), and to cover holidays.
