As Service Introduction Lead , you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of product, engineering and operations , ensuring that every new platform capability is introduced into live environments in a controlled, resilient and supportable way. This is a high-visibility role working across engineering, infrastructure, security, data and product teams , shaping how service readiness, operational maturity and platform governance are delivered at scale.
