TheRole

ReportingtotheHeadofService,youwillleadtheday-to-dayoperationsofservicessupportingolderadults,ensuringcareissafe,effective,responsive,andwell-ledinlinewithCQCstandardsandlocalauthorityexpectations.

YouwilllinemanageTeamLeaders,providingcoaching,guidance,andsupporttoenablethemtodeliveroutstandingservices.Youwillalsoplayakeyroleinshapingservicedevelopment,promotingco-production,andmaintainingastrongpresencewithinthelocalcommunity.
