The Service Manager role comes with a starting salary of up to £80,000 + car allowance + benefits.

Responsibilities and duties of the Service Manager role
Reporting to the Service Director you will:
Lead and manage the UK service team, ensuring efficient delivery of service projects, upgrades, and maintenance operations. Collaborate with the UK Service Director and global teams to align strategies, share best practices, and drive service growth. Promote and sell the full service portfolio including spare parts, mechanical/process retrofits, upgrades, and training to existing and prospective clients. Plan and conduct customer visits to client facilities to identify opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Identify, log, and track sales opportunities using CRM system; ensure data accuracy and drive pipeline development. Oversee the execution of service projects, including outages and retrofits, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and compliant with HSE and Quality standards.
