Requirements

  • PreviousexperienceinaServiceManagerorsimilarleadershiprolewithinhealth&socialcare
  • StrongknowledgeofCQCstandardsandrelevantlegislation
  • UnderstandingoftheMentalCapacityActandsafeguardingpractices
  • Provenabilitytolead,motivate,anddevelopteams
  • Excellentorganisationalandcommunicationskills
  • FullUKdrivinglicenceandaccesstoavehicle
