Service Manager Learning Disabilities

Ignis Care Solutions is working with an established adult supported living provider in Essex delivering high-acuity 3:1 and 4:1 packages across dual diagnosis and complex mental health pathways.

This is not a standard supported living service.

The cohort includes individuals stepping down from long-stay mental health settings, with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours that challenge. The focus is stability, restraint reduction and structured behavioural pathways.

They are expanding and strengthening leadership across services in Colchester.

You won’t be left managing complexity unsupported.

What They’re Looking For

You will likely currently be operating as a:

Registered Manager

*

Service Manager

*

Senior Deputy within adult supported living

Experience required:

*

Adult learning disabilities and/or autism

*

Mental health and dual diagnosis exposure

*

Managing complex or high-acuity packages

*

CQC compliance oversight (you won't hold registration)

*

Safeguarding, MCA and DoLS knowledge

Confidence leading teams within 3:1 or complex environments is important.
