Salary - £86,974.41 to£99,655.50

Key Responsibilities

Lead the quality assurance function, overseeing audits, feedback, and practice improvement initiatives.

Manage the Feedback Service, Designated Officer, and Practice Development Leads to ensure insights drive service enhancements.

Produce and present performance reports for senior leadership and safeguarding partners.

Represent childrens social care in safeguarding partnerships and contribute to service transformation and inspection readiness.

About You

Extensive experience in childrens social care, with a proven track record in quality assurance or practice improvement.

Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic management skills.

Commitment to evidence-informed practice and improving outcomes for children and families.
