Mainstay Recruitment are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our prestigious client’s team to help play a key role in the management of critical infrastructure across the MOD estate.

The Service Manager Role

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the effective, compliant, and timely delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, as well as small additional projects. Health & Safety and MOD-specific standards will be a core focus, and your technical expertise and leadership will help keep facilities safe, compliant, and fully operational.

You’ll lead and coordinate supply chain teams, ensuring operatives are qualified, equipped, and working to high standards of quality and safety. Duties include reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records in CAFM systems. You'll also oversee compliance with statutory regulations, including Legionella, Asbestos, and Confined Spaces, and may act as Authorised or Responsible Person.
