Salary: £40,000 per year

Our client is a specialist provider supporting adults with Autism and complex needs to live independently, with dignity, purpose, and high-quality care. They are dedicated to delivering truly person-centred supportand theyre growing.

They are now recruiting an experienced Service Manager to lead three well-established Supported Living services in Wembley. All services are located on the same street and each has a dedicated Deputy Manager, making this a fantastic opportunity to provide cohesive, impactful leadership.

What Youll Do
  • Lead and manage three Supported Living services in close proximity

  • Support and supervise Deputy Managers and front-line staff

  • Ensure exceptional, person-centred care tailored to individual needs

  • Promote independence and quality of life for the people supported

  • Oversee staff performance, training, and development

  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Lead to enhance service quality

  • Respond calmly, confidently, and professionally to challenging behaviour

What Were Looking For

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a supported living or residential service

  • At least 2 years supporting individuals with Autism

  • Strong experience managing behaviours that challenge

  • Manual UK Driving Licence (required for occasional vehicle use)

Desirable:

  • Degree in Psychology or a related field
