They require an experienced Construction Service Manager to work alongside a strong, motivated team at the depot in Maldon.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join one of our top performing departments.
Reporting directly to the General Service Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Construction service department. You will also be responsible for the organisation and management of the existing service staff, customer relations and departmental profitability, whilst maintaining effective and accurate communication xbpsjku between management, customers and technicians Essential Skills/Experience: Strong knowledge of the construction engineering sector
Previous management or supervisor experience
Directing, mentoring and overseeing the work of the technicians at the Branch
Familiarity of profit/loss, KPI targets and manufacturer warranty systems
