About the Opportunity Join one of the UK's largest national providers of self-contained mobile welfare units as a Service Manager. This is a pivotal role driving customer service excellence across a growing depot network, with ambitious expansion plans and investment in modern fleet and facilities.
The Role We're seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our engineering operations, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality. You'll be responsible for developing and managing our engineering team, coordinating maintenance operations, and driving continuous improvement across all service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team across multiple depot locations • Manage reactive and scheduled maintenance programs to achieve 90% first-time fix
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards
• Drive customer service excellence with breakdown response targets under 12 hours
• Implement training programs and succession planning for business growth
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
