BEMS Service & Small Works Engineer - West London We are seeking an experienced and motivated BEMS Service / Small Works Engineer to join our growing team. This role is suited to a technically strong engineer with proven experience in service, fault diagnosis, commissioning of small works, system modifications, and performance optimisation within Building Energy Management Systems. You will work across a diverse range of environments, including Healthcare, Education, Leisure, and Stadia, supporting clients by ensuring their BEMS operate efficiently, reliably, and in line with energy and carbon reduction objectives. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, technical credibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will also play an essential part in supporting and developing junior engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.. Basic Salary from £45,000 depending on experience
