This mobile role offers variety, independence, and the chance to work on diverse commercial sites under the guidance of a Service & Technical Manager. Key Responsibilities * Planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and mechanical plant. * Installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Fault-finding, diagnostics, and implementing effective repairs. * Identifying efficiency and system improvement opportunities. * Ensuring compliance with health & safety and completing all required documentation. * Professional communication with clients and accurate reporting. * Regular travel to client sites.
