Your Role and Responsibilities While in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to: Servicing, maintaining, and repairing products and equipment across assigned projects. Diagnosing system issues and identifying effective, timely solutions. Working on chillers and/or commercial refrigeration units to ensure optimum performance. Conducting scheduled and preventative maintenance on plant systems and associated equipment. Providing high-quality customer service professionally and cost-effectively. Liaising with relevant departments and stakeholders to communicate technical findings or issues. Utilising a range of resources, including diagnostic software, technology, hand tools, blueprints, and technical specifications. Ensuring all servicing tools, equipment, and PPE are maintained in good working condition at all times. What You Will Need to Apply: To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to hold a recognised engineering qualification and have several years of experience working within the HVAC sector. You must be FGas qualified and able to demonstrate practical experience with chillers and/or commercial refrigeration systems.A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role, as is the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. You will bring a strong customer-focused mindset, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in every aspect of your work. In addition, you should display flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest possible standard.
