ServiceNow Architect – Senior Manager (SM)

London (Hybrid)

Up to £115,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Package

I’m partnered with a market-leading ServiceNow consultancy who are continuing to invest heavily in their London practice. They’re looking for a Senior Manager-level ServiceNow Architect to take a leading role across some of the largest and most complex transformation programmes in the UK.

This is a senior, client-facing position where you’ll be responsible for shaping end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, engaging with C-suite stakeholders, and leading multi-disciplinary teams across full lifecycle implementations.

You’ll be:

• Owning architecture across large-scale ServiceNow programmes
• Leading client engagements and acting as a trusted advisor
• Driving solution design across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM
• Mentoring and leading teams of Architects, Consultants, and Developers
• Contributing to practice growth, capability building, and go-to-market strategy

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills (up to C-level)
• Broad module exposure (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD etc.)
• Background in consulting or large-scale transformation delivery
