We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the architectural design and solution strategy for a major ServiceNow implementation spanning IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). This role will ensure that the platform is designed and configured to meet business requirements, align with best practices, and support long‑term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CSM, and related modules.
Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant ServiceNow platform designs.
Define architectural standards, integration patterns, and design principles for ServiceNow.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural direction.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
Oversee and guide configuration, customization, scripting, and integration activities.
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and meet security and compliance requirements.
Create technical documentation, design specifications, and architectural diagrams.
Collaborate with project managers to support planning, delivery timelines, and risk mitigation.
Review and validate technical deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.
Support testing, UAT, go‑live planning, and post‑implementation enhancements.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, Lead Consultant, or Technical Architect.
Hands‑on expertise across ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex, multi‑module ServiceNow solutions.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation and architectural designs.
Experience guiding developers, reviewing technical work, and enforcing platform standards.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Desirable Skills & Experience
ServiceNow certifications such as:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, CSM, or others)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or working toward it
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or other modules.
Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, or integration hubs.
Background in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
Experience in large‑scale digital transformation or multi‑instance ServiceNow environments.
Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
