Shift Pattern:?46.40 Hour Night Shift - 18.00 to 06.00 Monday - ThursdaySalary:?£22.98 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)Location:?Bromford Precision Solutions Limited Leicester LE3 1UQOpportunity Summary:We have a vacancy for a Setter/Operator CNC Miller.Role Accountabilities:? Use and control of CNC programsin accordance withrelevant procedures. Ability to read and understand CNC code to the levelrequiredfor machine set up and?operation. Understand all set up parameters and the effect that they have on the process, for example, datum setting and tool length and wear offsets. Set up machines with the required work holding and toolingin accordance withrelevant?procedures. Working as a team to maximise machine utilisation. Working to structured manufacturing plan. Responsible for setting andoperatinga 3-5 Axis CNC Milling/Turning Machines. Responsible for quality output. Responsible for Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM). Capable of using measuring equipment such asmicrometers, Vernier Callipers, Height Towers, Shadow Graphs, CMM etc.Person Specification: 5 years experience in the Aerospace/Automotive Industry in a similar role.Apprentice trained preferred ordemonstratedrelevant experience.Working to production timelines in a manufacturing environment.Working with SOPs and Company specific documentation.Self-driven, results orientated, with a positive outlook.Able to get on with others and be a team-player.Attention to detail and accuracyat all times.Working to deadlines.Managing workload effectively, prioritising where necessary.
