Job Title: Sewing Machine Operative Location: Northampton (Great transport links) Salary: £12.21 per hour (+ overtime at time and a half) Contract: Permanent Contract Hours: Full Time (40 hrs/week) - Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Part-time considered - close to full-time preferred)

About The Client This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sewing Machinist to join an expanding, busy Production Team to help them create high-quality soft furnishings.

The Role - Operating industrial sewing machines to produce curtains, roman blinds, and soft furnishings to a high standard. - Working with various fabrics and patterns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Supporting the wider production team to meet deadlines. - Experience in soft furnishings is ideal, but we also welcome applications from machinists with transferable skills - particularly those from Northamptons shoe industry.
