Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions with a strong focus on Progressive Web Applications (PWA) technology. * Overseeing a team of developers while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and performant E-commerce experiences on the platform; requiring extensive expertise in SFCC architecture, PWA development practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Performing design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions. Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions. * Share knowledge with the team and help mentor newer developers. * Impact assessment of high priority/critical enhancement request and track solution delivery end to end. * Learn new technology PWA/MRT and Salesforce B2C via self-learning

Key Skills & Experience: * Experience with 1-2 e2e Transformation E-commerce program in retail industry.
