Share Plans Tax Senior Manager Manchester City Centre + Hybrid working £70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits + Bonus We are working with a leading Big 4 Share plans & incentives team who are looking to bring in experienced share plans tax professionals to complement an already established and thriving department. Your new role:Design and implement compliant employee incentive schemes, including EMI, CSOPs, EBTs, and EOTs, and provide ongoing advisory support on their structure and management.Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop tax efficient solutions aligned with clients' strategic goals, underpinned by detailed analysis and due diligence.Engage senior stakeholders to present recommendations, gain buy in, and ensure the successful delivery of incentive proposals.Monitor legislative and market developments while mentoring junior team members and contributing to their continuous professional development.What you'll need to be successful:ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT qualified (or significant experience)Experience designing & implementing employee incentive plansExperience working in a professional services firm / environmentOpen to tax professionals wanting to focus on employee incentivesWant to find out more about this role?
