Pay Rate: £15–£17 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator to join our team in Waterlooville. The successful candidate will be involved in the fabrication of HVAC ductwork and general sheet metal components, using plasma cutting and press brake machinery.

Key Responsibilities

* Fabrication of sheet metal ductwork to drawings and specifications

* Operating plasma cutting equipment safely and accurately

* Setting up and operating press brake machines

* Measuring, marking out, and cutting sheet metal materials

* Assembling fabricated parts using appropriate techniques

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator

* Strong experience fabricating HVAC ductwork

* Competent using plasma cutters

* Confident operating a press brake

* Experience with TIG/MIG welding

Desirable (but not essential)

* NVQ / City & Guilds in Sheet Metal or Fabrication
