Sheet Metal Worker Required to work manufacturing company based in Kempston.
Authorities and Responsibilities:
Maintain all health and safety disciplines Use of press breaks Comfortable with Spot Welding Maintain machines, tooling and good housekeeping at all times Organise area & tooling to maximise productivity Operate all plant equipment to procedure and health and safety guidelines Willingness to participate in improvement activities across the business Assist in problem solving when issues arise Must embrace change and be willing to adopt new skills to support all areas of the business To be flexible in a small team oriented environmentQualifications, Experience, Skills & Ability:
Previous experience in sheet metal and use of press machinery Proficient using measuring equipment Understand the importance of following process & standards Must possess a positive can do attitude Must have the ability to work without supervisionOther:
