Key duties & responsibilities Your primary focus will be the seamless administration of our Health & Safety Management System. Key responsibilities include: Maintain the H&S Management System folders and oversee Plan spreadsheets, ensuring all outstanding actions are followed up as directed by the Head of SHEQ.
Collate H&S incidents, near misses, and trend reports to help drive safety improvements.
Update local H&S arrangements and policies, ensuring efficient distribution throughout the facility.
Administer H&S alerts, coordinating departmental responses and reporting back to the central team within a 7-day timeframe.
Act as the training records administrator, assisting with course registration and issuing certificates.
