In this role, youll work closely with operational teams, promote safe working practices, conduct site visits, and drive compliance with all SHEQ policies and procedures. If youre collaborative, analytical, and passionate about making workplaces safer and more sustainable, this is the role for you. Please note, this role covers the entirety of NCP's South Estate, which will cover a patch between the Midlands and Truro. With this in mind, regular travels which will result in overnight stays will be required in order to fully fulfil the duties of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct health and safety site inspections and patrols, identifying hazards and ensuring compliance

Promote and embed SHEQ best practice, policies, and procedures across the region

Support incident investigations and produce clear, concise root cause reports

Deliver coaching and presentations on SHEQ topics at all business levels

Monitor SHEQ KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement plans
