Our client is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our senior management team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and continuously improving our LRQA accredited integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). This is a strategic position within a dynamic specialist contractor operating across the construction sector, with a turnover of approximately £10 million and 80 employees. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, driving safety culture, and embedding quality and environmental excellence throughout our operations in steeplejack and specialist access, lightning protection and electrical earthing, and structural maintenance and waterproofing services delivered nationwide. Your day-to-day work will involve managing the full suite of our integrated management system, organizing and delivering training programmes, conducting rigorous internal and external audits, overseeing health surveillance initiatives, managing incident reporting and investigation, coordinating legislative updates, and supporting plant and stores management.
