Shift: Day Shifts - 7am to 7pm
\n\nAbout the Role\n
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at a prestigious, iconic site near Liverpool Street, London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and installations, ensuring optimal building performance and client satisfaction.
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for Electrical & Mechanical Building Services Plant and Systems, ensuring compliance with client and statutory requirements. \n
Act as a Low Voltage Authorised Person (LVAP), maintaining low voltage electrical distribution and connection power/lighting systems. \n
Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks as needed. \n
Monitor service performance, taking corrective actions and escalating issues to the Contracts Manager when necessary. \n
Ensure PPM work is completed within timelines/SLA standards, maintaining a manageable backlog and ensuring prompt completion of Reactive Work. \n
Review completed work and documentation to ensure compliance with current legislation. \n
Cost and complete Reactive Works identified through PPM tasks as requested. \n
Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives through excellent customer service. \n
Assist in supervising subcontractor works, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety standards. \n
Complete all required documentation, job sheets, and certificates accurately and on time. \n
\n\nAbout You\n
\n City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 / AM1 / AM2 or equivalent qualifications. \n
Level 3 Electrical Qualification. \n
18th Edition Wiring Regulations. \n
LVAP Certified (essential); HVAP experience or willingness to obtain certification (desirable). \n
Proven experience in a building services maintenance environment. \n
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, PPM, and Reactive Maintenance principles. \n
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. \n
