Job Overview We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC engineer to join a large static campus in Hertfordshire. As the Shift HVAC engineer , you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems , chillers, FCU's and associated systems to ensure they remain fully operational and compliant with the relevant standards and regulations with the support of the wider engineering teams.

Main Duties Undertaking routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems including air handling units (AHUs), chillers, heat pumps, VAV/FCU units, ductwork, and controls Conducting inspections, tests and performance checks to identify and rectify faults, inefficiencies and regulatory non‑conformances Carry out repairs, component replacements Maintaining accurate records of all work undertaken using client logbooks and CAFM system, including service reports, test certificates and parts usage Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, site-specific procedures and relevant HVAC standards (e.g. F-Gas, building regulations, local codes) Manage your own workload and maintenance schedules to provide a high level of service and meet SLA targets Support site teams with mechanical and HVAC system works as and when required, and ...
