Job Description
Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)\n\nLocation: Central London (Prestigious Commercial Site)\n\nShift: 4 on, 4 off (Days Only) | 07:00 - 19:00\n\nSalary: £55,0000 + Premium Benefits Package\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. This is a fast-paced environment where the "customer experience" is just as important as the technical fix.\nPPMs & Reactives: Carrying out planned maintenance and responding rapidly to floor-level issues (lighting, power, fire alarms, and basic HVAC).\nCritical Systems: Monitoring BMS and ensuring site infrastructure is resilient.\nCompliance: Managing rigorous paperwork, logbooks, and RAMS to ensure the site remains audit-ready.\nHigh Voltage: Acting as (or working towards) HVAP status to manage switching operations safely across the site.\nWhat You'll Need\n\nElectrical Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent (plus 18th/19th Edition).\nHVAP Status: Highly desirable (if not, you must have the aptitude and desire to train for it).Randstad CPE values and promotes equality.
