Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical Bias (Multi-Skilled / Shift Engineer) Location: Loughborough Salary: Circa £38,000 + Attendance bonus and Overtime (1.25x), Pension, Holidays Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights pattern rotating weekly 6am-6pm I'm recruiting on behalf of a modern, well-invested manufacturing business near Grimsby who are looking to add a mechanically biased, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to their engineering team. This role would suit a hands-on Shift Engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in maintaining plant assets to the highest standards. The site is a clean, non-food manufacturing facility with a strong mechanical focus and ongoing investment in plant and equipment. The Role Reporting into the Engineering Manager (or Production Manager in their absence), you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of all plant and production equipment.
