Why This Role is Great: Permanent position with career growth opportunities Join a leading company in an innovative, sustainable industry Continental shift pattern with full rota provided in advance (6am6pm / 6pm6am, 4 on 4 off) Be part of a collaborative team that values safety, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure smooth production operations Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimise downtime Repair and maintain machinery efficiently to support continuous operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organised engineering workshop Assist with shift handovers and manage engineering job lists Work closely with the Engineering Manager, Shift Supervisors, and production teams Monitor spare parts inventory and report critical requirements Ensure all health & safety procedures, PPE use, and housekeeping standards are followed Requirements: Engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing xbpsjku or industrial environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proactive approach to maintenance and health & safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to a rotating shift pattern If you are a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
