Gap Technical is proud to represent a leading manufacturer in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility in Warrington.

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a vital role in supporting 24/7 production operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving machinery, minimising downtime, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance are upheld across the site. Key Responsibilities

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of process & packaging equipment Minimise Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by employing recognised fault-finding techniques and a fix-first-time approach. Maximise Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) through effective execution of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) using industry best practices. Accurately record maintenance activities using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Report equipment faults, breakdown root causes, and performance concerns to relevant stakeholders. Assist in developing robust PPM schedules and continuous improvement projects. Support visiting contractors and OEM engineers as needed. Ensure all work is conducted safely using dynamic risk assessments and safe systems of work.Person Specification
