We are looking for a reliable and experienced 360 Grab Operator and Loading Shovel driver to join our team in Doncaster as a Shift Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational skills and supervisory experience who can take charge on site.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience operating a 360 Grab – fully competent operators only.

Skilled in driving and operating a loading shovel.

*

Previous experience in supervising teams or similar leadership roles.

Strong reliability and commitment to safety and efficiency.

Structured 4 on / 4 off shifts, 6:00am – 6:00pm
