Shift Supervisor - Recycling Operations - Heathrow Salary: £50,000 per year + performance bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-4:00am We're looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to take charge of evening and night operations at a fast-paced, high-volume processing site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for keeping the site running safely, efficiently, and to target. You'll lead and motivate your team, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and ensure smooth production throughout your shift. Working closely with management and fellow supervisors, you'll play a key role in driving performance and continuous improvement.
