Shift Supervisor – Staines Hours: 55 hours/week (Day Shift: 06:00–17:00 | Night Shift: 17:00–04:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends)
Temp to perm role Pay: £50,000 per year (depending on experience) + additional pay for extra shifts
We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy processing facility for a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations and manage a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is perfect for someone with a background in manufacturing, engineering, or waste processing who can lead from the front and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day shift operations and staff
*
Ensure all health & safety and quality standards are met
*
Complete accurate reports and documentation
*
Identify and resolve production issues quickly
*
Support staff training and shift handovers
What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or processing setting
*
Background in engineering, maintenance, or electrical operations
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Flexible, proactive, and reliable
*
PLC or automated equipment experience is a bonus
Desirable:
*
NEBOSH or COTC certification
*
Licences for FLT, Telehandler, Loading Shovel, etc.
