Role Profile Our client is a fast-growing, design-led business supplying innovative products across global markets. With an international supply base and distribution footprint in the UK and USA, they're looking to appoint a proactive and detail-focused Shipping Coordinator to join their team in London.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end shipping process from international suppliers to global warehouses. You'll play a vital part in coordinating freight, ensuring customs compliance, managing dangerous goods documentation, and collaborating with 3PLs to maintain smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate global inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air, and road. Manage shipping documentation, customs clearance, and dangerous goods compliance. Liaise with freight forwarders and negotiate competitive rates. Oversee consolidation of shipments and ensure container optimisation. Maintain accurate ERP system updates and track ETD/ETA timelines. Work closely with 3PL partners in the UK and USA to ensure stock reconciliation. Analyse freight invoices and support finance with accurate and timely processing.
