Shop fitting/Interior Fit-out Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities\n• Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade.\n• Liaise with the commercial and internal departments to ensure the ‘lead in’ time is programmed / co-ordinated to suit the projects undertaken.\n• Priorities workload, manage and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned.\n• To work closely with the production team to ensure joinery production targets and transport requests can be met.\n• Develop and maintain good working relationship with the client.\n• To develop and implement working relationships with architect, designers, building control and other third parties.\n• Attend site meetings with client, EUK management and sub-contractors, produce accurately recorded minutes.\n• To work closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets.\n• Manage sub-contractors.\n• Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with the current legislation.\n• Assist Commercial team and / or Director/s with final account preparation.\nKey Skills\n• Previous experience in management of shopfitting contracts.\n• Communication at all levels both internally and externally.\n• Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
