What will a day in the life of a Shop Manager involve? Leading a team that provides a brilliant shopping experience for your customers. Working on the shop floor, to coordinating activity "behind the scenes", no two days are the same. Designing the perfect layout and environment that helps connect your customers to our cause. Being responsible for achieving financial targets and inducting, training, and managing new staff and volunteers. Representing the British Red Cross to a high standard and embody our core values. ...
