✨Centre Manager – Shopping Centre

Location: Peterborough

Salary: upto £70,000 for the right candidate + an incredible benefits package!

Are you ready to lead a major retail destination into its next exciting chapter? We’re seeking a bold, commercially-minded Centre Manager who brings fresh eyes, fresh energy, and a desire to challenge the status quo at one of the region’s largest and most high-profile shopping centres.

What We’re Looking For:

We want more than just an operator. We're looking for a front-facing leader who thrives in a people-first environment — someone who can:

• Objectively assess the centre and identify areas for growth and improvement
• Build and manage strong relationships with retailers, local authorities, and contractors
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration
• Drive forward commercial opportunities across marketing, events, sponsorships, pop-ups, and more
• Champion sustainability and ESG-focused initiatives to align the centre with evolving expectations

Ideal Experience & Skills:

• Strong background in retail facilities or shopping centre management
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, in-centre events, and wider commercialisation activities
• Confident in delivering ESG strategies, tenant engagement and community impact projects
• Strong communicator with a confident, resilient personality and the ability to influence at all levels
• Extensive experience working with a variety of different stakeholders
• A Retail Diploma or NEBOSH qualification would be highly advantageous
