Showroom Manager

Designer Recruitment are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Showroom Manager / Kitchen Designer to lead and manage our client's Greenwich and Highgate showrooms.

This is a hands-on role combining showroom management, kitchen design, and customer consultation. The successful candidate will have a strong design background, excellent sales ability, and proven leadership skills.

This position is paying £35,000 + Commission.

Showroom Manager key responsibilities

Showroom Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the Greenwich and Highgate showrooms
Ensure showrooms are presented to the highest standards at all times
Manage appointments, enquiries, and the customer journey from first contact to completion
Monitor performance, sales targets, and showroom KPIs
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and installers

Kitchen Design & Sales:

Conduct client consultations to understand design, functional, and budget requirements
Demonstrate experience using Compusoft Winner, with the ability to communicate effectively with an off-site designer
Present designs professionally and confidently to clients
Prepare accurate quotations and specifications
Convert leads into sales while delivering exceptional customer service

Team & Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and support showroom staff where applicable
Ensure consistent standards and processes across both locations
Act as the main point of contact for showroom operations and client escalations

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5+ years experience in kitchen design and showroom management
Proven track record in kitchen sales and design
Strong portfolio demonstrating completed kitchen projects
Advanced experience using Compusoft Winner
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage two locations effectively
Professional, customer-focused approach
