The Role As our Sales Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the showroom. Reporting to the GM, youll lead from the front, demonstrating \"the art of the close\" to a hungry team of consultants. Lead by Example: Youll spend your time on the floor, not in an office. Youll be closing big-ticket deals and showing the team how its done. Drive Conversion: Youll identify missed opportunities and coach the team in real-time to increase average order values.
