Role Overview

We are looking for a SIAM Change Manager to deliver and oversee the change management process within BAE Systems' Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework. This is a hands-on role that will involve managing the end-to-end change lifecycle using ServiceNow, chairing CAB meetings, and collaborating with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver the IT Change Management function across the SIAM organisation Use ServiceNow (including CAB Workbench and reporting dashboards) to track and coordinate all changes Chair the Change Approval Board (CAB) twice weekly, ensuring decisions are made promptly Liaise with Change Approvers and stakeholders to capture approvals, feedback, and risks Deliver regular reporting on change performance and metrics Track failed changes, conduct post-mortems, and identify improvement opportunities Set up and manage Standard Change templates and documentation Support the continuous improvement of change processes across the enterpri...
