Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Ibstock Concrete Division, are looking to recruit couple of Mixer/Side loader Driver for manufacturing facility producing concrete floor beams . The role of the Mixer/Side loader Driver is to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently to use all time wisely, work efficiently, and work effectively. Working hours:Start from *5am Monday to Friday (No PUBLIC TRANSPORT AVAILABLE ). Overtime is available at Premium Rates and a Quarterly Bonus Scheme is included, although flexibility will be required. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates. The role does involve Manual Handling, involving the use of Mixer/Side loader truck . Full Training and daily team briefs will be given to all. Previous Mixer/Side loader Driver experience is essential

Starting salary is £13.44 rising to £15.55
Duties Include :-
- Safely operate the concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize travel time.
- Load and unload materials following company and safety procedures.
- Check the concrete mix consistency.
- Adjust the mix or add water/chemicals as needed according to specifications.
- Ensure the concrete remains within proper slump and temperature ranges during transport.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (tires, brakes, lights, fluids, chute, drum).
- Clean the drum and chute after each delivery to prevent build-up.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) and company safety regulations.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, boots, hard hat, and safety glasses. xbpsjku
- Adhere to weight limits and safe driving practices .
