Simulation and Modelling Engineer

As a Simulation and Modelling Engineer, you will develop physics-based models to simulate system behaviour and interactions, supporting the design, analysis, and testing of cutting-edge engineering systems. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the full engineering lifecycle, making a real impact on innovative projects.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain physics-based models to simulate complex systems.
• Analyse and evaluate system behaviour using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Contribute to system architecture and engineering design.
• Develop simulation and test benches for verification and validation.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain MATLAB revision control.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and test engineers to deliver solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Academic background in Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in developing physics-based models of systems and their interactions.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and engineering processes.
• Experience with simulation test benches for validation and verification.
• Proficiency in MATLAB coding and version control practices.
• Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) or Radar signal processing is a plus.
