?? Location: Bromborough ?? Site-based role About the Role Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Accountant to join Pilgrim's Europe at our Bromborough site. This is a key leadership position within the site's senior team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities on site, managing and developing the finance team, and partnering closely with operations and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and clear operational insight, helping the business make informed decisions and deliver sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the on-site finance team of three, supporting their development and performance. Take ownership of site financial reporting, ensuring weekly and monthly accounts are delivered accurately and on time. Produce weekly and monthly P&L reports, providing clear commentary and insight on performance. Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying key drivers of site performance.
