We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a sewage treatment project in Nottingham, working with a specialist civil engineering subcontractor. This is an immediate requirement, offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering works within a live wastewater environment.

Site Agent Role & Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations on a sewage treatment scheme

*

Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and direct labour

*

Supporting the Project Manager with planning, programme delivery, and reporting

*

Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards

*

Managing RAMS, permits to work, and site documentation

*

Coordinating inspections, quality control, and as-built records

*

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations

*

Liaising with the main contractor, client representatives, and stakeholders

Site Agent Requirements:

*

Proven experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects

*

Experience on sewage treatment, wastewater, or utilities schemes essential

*

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site management

*

SMSTS essential

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
